为了探讨单倍体骨髓移植术后神经系统并发症的发生情况,对10例单倍相合骨髓移植术后神经系统并发症的发生时间、病因、治疗措施及预后等临床资料进行了总结分析。结果表明:74例接受单倍体相合骨髓移植病人中10例发生并发症,其中3例病人出现脑出血,感染3例(真菌感染,CMV脑炎,单纯疱疹病毒性脑炎各1例),癫痫、格林-巴利综合征、脑病和精神分裂症各1例,因神经系统并发症直接导致死亡的患者4例。结论:神经系统并发症是单倍相合骨髓移植术后常见的严重并发症之一,并导致较高的死亡率,尤其是脑出血对病人的威胁较大;单倍相合骨髓移植术后免疫重建缓慢,对相关感染并发症和周围神经的病变应引起重视。
In order to investigate the occurrence of neurological complications after haploidentical bone marrow transplantation, the clinical data of 10 cases of haploidentical bone marrow transplantation postoperative neurological complications, etiology, treatment and prognosis were summarized. The results showed that: Complications were found in 74 of 74 patients who underwent haploidentical bone marrow transplantation. Among them, 3 patients had intracerebral hemorrhage and 3 infections (one for fungal infection, one for CMV encephalitis and one for herpes simplex virus encephalitis) Epilepsy, Guillain-Barre syndrome, 1 case of encephalopathy and schizophrenia, and 4 cases of deaths caused by neurological complications. CONCLUSIONS: Nervous system complications are one of the common serious complications after haploidentical bone marrow transplantation and result in higher mortality, especially for patients with cerebral hemorrhage.
