也许，从实用的角度来讲，哲学不能够帮助我们解决任何实际的问题，但是，哲学可以给我们一个观点，而这个观点可以让我们找到解决问题的途径和方法。管理需要哲学，哲学对管理产生影响不是通过物质来推动的，而是通过人心来体现和实现的。
