高等职业教育作为我国高等教育的重要组成部分,承担着为国家培养生产、服务、管理一线高技能人才的任务。随着我国经济的发展和社会的进步,对技能型人才的综合素质和职业素养的要求越来越受高。因此,提高高职学生的综合素质,培养高职学生的职业人文素质,已经成为高职院校教育改革的重要议题。浙江机电职业技术学院从“三年三阶段”人才培养模式出发,探讨职业人文教育的途径与方法,取得一定的成效。
As an important part of higher education in our country, higher vocational education undertakes the task of cultivating the first-tier high-skilled personnel in production, service and management for the country. With the economic development in our country and the progress of society, the requirements for the comprehensive quality and professional accomplishment of skilled personnel are getting higher and higher. Therefore, to improve the overall quality of vocational students and to cultivate the professional and humane quality of vocational students has become an important topic in the reform of higher vocational education. From the “Three-year and Three-stage” talent training mode, Zhejiang Mechanical and Electrical Polytechnic Institute explores the ways and methods of vocational humanities education and achieves certain results.
