从七十年代末开始,我国钢铁工业就把节能工作放在重要地位,千方百计节约能源,取得了显著成绩。1980~1989年的十年间,我国钢铁工业的吨钢综合能耗从2.039降为1.636吨标煤/吨钢,下降率19.76%(见图1)。由于能源的降低,改变了以往单纯依靠增加能源供应发展钢铁生产的旧格局,实现了节能增产,保证了钢铁生产的持续发展。此外,在钢铁工业的能源结构、生产结构和企业管理素质等方面也有改进。然而,
Since the late 1970s, China’s steel industry has placed energy conservation work in an important position and made every attempt to save energy with remarkable achievements. From 1980 to 1989, the comprehensive energy consumption per ton of steel in China’s steel industry dropped from 2.039 tons to 1.636 tons of standard coal per ton of steel, down by 19.76% (see Figure 1).
