用流式细胞仪（FCM）检测40例大肠癌新鲜标本的DNA倍体类型，发现DNA倍体类型与患者性别、年龄、大肠癌部位、组织分化及Dukes分期无关；淋巴结转移及肿瘤穿透肠壁患者癌细胞的DNA异倍体明显高于二倍体（P＜0．05）。
Flow cytometry (FCM) was used to detect the DNA ploidy type of fresh samples of 40 colorectal cancers. It was found that the DNA ploidy type was not related to gender, age, location of colorectal cancer, tissue differentiation, and Dukes stage; lymph node metastasis and tumor penetration through the intestine The aneuploidy of cancer cells in patients with wall was significantly higher than that of diploid (P<0.05).
