前不久,教育部正式公布了高考改革方案。高考制度重大改革所带来的冲击波,必然辐射到课堂教学之中。原辽宁省教师进修学院魏超群教授基于五十年之教研经验,深入研究了近十五年来的课程改革成果,提出了“教学——只有个性化才能常态化”的重要观点。这个观点的确立,从理论上解决了长期以来优秀教学经验和教学方法难以传承、难以推广的共同困惑,为广大教师指明了创建个性化教学的方向。本刊记者就此采访了魏超群教授。
Not long ago, the Ministry of Education officially announced the college entrance examination reform program. The shock wave brought about by the major reform of the college entrance examination system inevitably radiates into classroom teaching. Former Liaoning Provincial Institute of Teacher Education Professor Wei Chaqun based on 50 years of teaching and research experience, in-depth study of the achievements of the curriculum reform in the past 15 years, put forward the “teaching - only individualization can be normalized,” the important point. The establishment of this view point theoretically solves the common confusion of longstanding outstanding teaching experience and teaching methods that are difficult to inherit and difficult to popularize and has pointed out the direction for the majority of teachers to create personalized teaching.
