随着社会的不断发展,我国医院的发展有了一定进步。为进一步促进医院发展,决定在医院的人力资源管理中采用激励措施。激励措施在医院人力资源管理中的运用能提高医院工作人员的积极性、增强医院的竞争力,同时,还能增强医院各部门的凝聚力。但在采用激励措施的时候要注意一定事项。基于此,重点分析激励措施在医院人力资源管理中的注意事项、医院人力资源管理方面的激励措施以及激励措施在医院人力资源管理中的重要意义。
