随着开采年限的延长,利国铁矿露天开采已转入地下开采,矿石贫化日趋严重,矿石品种复杂多变。为此,我们遵循伟大领袖毛主席“开发矿业”的教导,大搞技术革新,针对我矿原矿特点,自行设计、制造、安装了粗粒跳汰机,处理粒度30～10毫米。十多年来的生产实践表明,该机结构简单,性能稳定,操作方便,提高了劳动生产率,减轻了工人劳动强度(原30～10毫米原矿用手选)。获得了较好的技术指标:原矿品位42.70%,精矿品位56.60%,回收率89.70%。
With the extension of the mining life, the open-pit mining of the Liuguo iron mine has been diverted to underground mining. The depletion of ore is worsening day by day, and the ore variety is complex and changeable. To this end, we follow the teachings of Chairman Mao “Great Development of Mining”, a great leader, and vigorously promote technological innovation. We designed, manufactured and installed a coarse-grain jig machine to deal with the grain size of 30 to 10 mm. More than 10 years of production practice shows that the machine has the advantages of simple structure, stable performance, convenient operation, improved labor productivity, and reduced labor intensity (30-30 mm raw ore by hand). Obtained a good technical indicators: ore grade 42.70%, concentrate grade 56.60%, the recovery rate of 89.70%.
