根据潼关高程控制及三门峡水库运用方式研究项目组的研究成果和三门峡水库2002年11月至2005年10月改变运用方式的原型试验,对潼关高程提出了几点看法。首先指出三门峡水库在1974~1985年12年内曾经处于淤积平衡,并强调了其相应的来水来沙及坝前水位的条件;后来平衡被破坏,主要是来水来沙变化所致。对近三年来三门峡水库汛期敞泄排沙的试验结果进行了较为深入的分析,指出三门峡水库经过一定流量冲刷后,即令再来大流量也难以冲刷的事实,充分说明了水库冲刷与淤积并不是完全可逆的。这个情况在研究三门峡运用方式时应引起注意。最后提及了数学模型对潼关高程研究的一点看法和对研究结果的一些见解。
Based on the research results of Tongguan elevation control and Sanmenxia Reservoir research project team and the prototype test of Sanmenxia Reservoir from November 2002 to October 2005, some opinions on Tongguan elevation are put forward. First of all, it points out that Sanmenxia Reservoir was in a siltation balance within 12 years from 1974 to 1985, and emphasized the corresponding conditions of incoming water and sediment and the water level in front of dam; later the balance was destroyed, mainly due to the change of incoming water and sediment. The results of the tests on the release and sediment discharge of the Sanmenxia Reservoir in flood season in the recent three years are analyzed in a more thorough manner. It is pointed out that the fact that the Sanmenxia Reservoir has been washed hard by a certain amount of flow even after a certain amount of flow has eroded indicates that the reservoir erosion and siltation are not completely reversible. This situation should pay attention when studying the way of using Sanmenxia. Lastly, the authors point out the viewpoints of mathematical model on the research of Tongguan elevation and some opinions on the research results.
