在黑白电视接收机的高频头上,有一种微调螺钉,其外形如图1所示,它带有特殊规格的左螺纹M2×0.7,材料为黄铜。使用情况见图2。在通常的情况下,这种螺纹的加工都应在滚丝机或搓丝机上进行。但是,对于该微调螺钉来说,零件小、用量大,而且螺纹规格特殊,用搓丝机加工也很不方便,还要制造不少专用搓丝板,故采用搓丝加工是很不合适的。但鉴于这种螺钉的螺纹要求不高,故可以采用车削加工。我们在C107A单轴自动车床上进行车削加工。安装三把刀具:车螺纹刀、切槽刀、切断刀。坯料直径为φ2,螺纹一次直接车出。要实现这种加工方法的关键,就是需要重新设计主轴箱纵向送进凸轮,配合螺
