随着我国加入WTO组织和建立现代化企业制度进程的逐步加快,依靠管理创新推动企业跨越发展正在成为众多企业管理者积极探索的现实课题。而管理创新的核心心在于观念创新。笔者认为,结合中国建筑业的发展与现状,做一名现代型的施工企业管理者,必须要着力培养五种新理念。 一、精英治项目与精英治企理念
With the accelerating process of China’s accession to the WTO and the establishment of a modern enterprise system, relying on management innovation to promote the leap in development of enterprises is becoming a realistic topic that many enterprise managers actively explore. The core of management innovation lies in concept innovation. The author believes that, in light of the development and current status of China’s construction industry, to be a modern construction company manager must focus on cultivating five new concepts. First, the elite governance project and the elite to manage corporate philosophy
