目的探讨未通过听力初筛的新生儿接受听力复筛的意义。方法对1 706名新生儿进行听力筛查,初筛未通过的326例,不论接受或未接受第2次复筛者均行电话随访。结果未通过听力初筛的326例中,82例回院复筛,复筛率为25.2%(82/326),未通过复筛6例,占7.43%(6/82)。244例(74.8%,244/326)未接受复筛的原因:家长持侥幸心理占38.1%(93/244),失访占44.7%(109/244),其他占17.2%(42/244)。结论新生儿听力初筛未通过者是听力障碍的高发人群,加强宣传,提高家长对复筛的重视程度,对提高复筛率、早期发现新生儿听力障碍并进行有效干预有着重要意义。
Objective To investigate the significance of hearing re-screening of newborns who failed to pass the screening of hearing. Methods One hundred and seventy-six newborns were enrolled in hearing screening, and 326 cases of failed primary screening were followed up by phone with or without secondary screening. Results Of the 326 cases that did not pass the first hearing test, 82 of them were retrospectively retrospectively. The rate of re-screening was 25.2% (82/326). Six cases failed to pass the re-screening, accounting for 7.43% (6/82). 244 (74.8%, 244/326) did not receive re-screening reasons: Parents took luck at 38.1% (93/244), lost 44.7% (109/244), others accounted for 17.2% (42/244) . Conclusions Neonates with hearing impairment failed to pass the hearing-impaired group. It is of great significance to strengthen publicity and raise parents’ emphasis on re-screening. It is of great significance to improve the rate of re-screening, early detection of neonatal hearing impairment and effective intervention.
