目的： 本项研究针对传统实验动物犬实验费用高， 来源及操作困难的实情， 探索用不同品种的家鸭替代犬供药理血压实验。方法： 采用乌拉坦行家鸭腿部静脉麻醉， 右颈总静脉输液、给药和颈总动脉插管直接测定血压的方法。结果： 北京鸭组、绍兴鸭组、高邮鸭组、攸县鸭组与犬组实验结果相似（Ｐ＞ ００５） ， 而番鸭组、洞庭麻鸭组与犬组实验结果差异大（Ｐ＜ ００５） 。结论： 北京鸭、绍兴鸭、高邮鸭和攸县鸭等４ 种品种家鸭可替代犬供药理血压实验 Aims: In this study, in view of the fact that traditional experimental animal dogs are costly, sourced and difficult to operate, the study explored the use of different varieties of domestic dogs to replace dogs for pharmacological blood pressure tests.
