In a world where rapid change has become a rule, various forces are driving enterprises to rebuild organizational structures and processes and must undergo arduous cultural changes. Like other organisms, in order to survive, businesses have to adapt to their environment, or they will die out. From the point of view of the changes in the implementation of enterprises, organizational structure and process changes are relatively easy, while cultural changes are much more difficult and complex. Dr. Julie Hegel, a consultant in business consulting, summed up a set of systematic processes from practice to help enterprises achieve the success of corporate culture change.
