本试验分别用不同外源激素及组合对两批216尾黄鳝进行催产试验。结果表明：诱导排卵效果以DOM＋LRH－A5和HWHO－2＋LRH－A5组合为最佳，HCG为最差。
In this experiment, two exogenous hormones and combinations were used to test two groups of 216 eel. The results showed that the combination of DOM + LRH-A5 and HWHO-2 + LRH-A5 was the best and the HCG was the worst.
