液氮冷冻治疗耳廓软骨骨膜炎一例报告

耳廓软骨骨膜炎是耳鼻喉科常见病之一。本病的临床特点是骨膜下浆液性渗出,故又称浆液性耳廓软骨骨膜炎。本院冷冻室近几年来采用液氮冷冻治疗本病,取得了理想的效果,现报道一例如下: 姚某,男,49岁,因左耳廓肿物10天,局部有胀感,于1983年5月来我院诊治。检查发现左耳廓上方有一约蚕头大的肿物,有液波感,诊断为左耳廓软骨骨膜炎。治疗:应用本院自制手提式简易液氮深低温治疗器,采用冷头接触法进行冷冻治疗,不用麻醉,在无菌下抽空淡黄色积液,冷冻两次,每次一分钟,两周后复查肿物消失,局部痂皮脱落,痊愈。三个月随访未复发,局部无痕迹。 Auricular cartilage periostitis is one of the common diseases of otolaryngology. Treatment: The application of our own home-made portable liquid nitrogen cryogenic treatment device, cold head contact method for cryotherapy, without anesthesia, aseptic emptying yellow fluid, frozen twice a minute for two weeks Review the tumor disappeared, the local scab off, heal. Three months follow-up did not relapse, no trace of local.
