英语学科是中学阶段学生必修学科之一,在经济、文化全都步入全球化的时代背景下,人才的培养也应更加注重综合素质的培养,将其向着国际化方向培养。作为国际上通用语言之一的英语自然在教学中占据了更高的地位,而语言学习与文化背景间有着不可忽视的联系,本文就中学英语教学及学生文化差异意识的培养问题展开了探讨。 English is one of the necessary subjects for secondary school students. Under the background that economy and culture all enter the era of globalization, the training of talents should pay more attention to the cultivation of comprehensive qualities and to train them in the direction of internationalization. English, as one of the most common languages ​​in the world, occupies a higher status in teaching. However, there is a significant connection between language learning and cultural background. This paper discusses the cultivation of English teaching in middle school and the awareness of cultural differences among students.
