为了合理配置广东省义务教育财政资金,提高财政资金使用效率和管理水平,本论文对广东省义务教育财政资金配置效率进行统计测度研究。论文运用数据包络分析和Malmquist指数相结合,对广东省义务教育财政资金投入产出绩效进行实证分析,研究结果表明广东省义务教育财政资金投入与财政收入不匹配且略显不足;广东省义务教育财政资金配置效率中技术进步的作用很小;广东省义务教育财政资金配置的综合效率不高。
In order to rationally allocate the funds for compulsory education in Guangdong Province and improve the efficiency and management level of the funds, this paper makes a statistical study on the efficiency of compulsory education funds allocation in Guangdong Province. The paper uses the data envelopment analysis and the Malmquist index to make an empirical analysis of the input-output performance of compulsory education funds in Guangdong Province. The results show that the compulsory education in Guangdong Province does not match the fiscal revenue with the fiscal revenue, The effect of technological progress in the efficiency of the allocation of education financial funds is small; the overall efficiency of the allocation of financial funds for compulsory education in Guangdong Province is not high.
