为了得到同一基体在不同热处理状态下激光熔覆后各项指标的变化趋势,对退火和淬火两种状态的Cr12MoV基体进行了激光熔覆。结果表明,不同状态的Cr12MoV选择相同的工艺参数,熔覆Ni60A和70%Ni60A+30%两种粉末,熔覆层高度都可以达到1mm;熔覆Ni60A粉末的平均宽度比熔覆70%Ni60A+30%WC的平均宽度小0.5mm,且平整度好;两种基体熔覆Ni60A最大硬度可达到57HRC,加入30%WC,硬度无明显提高。
In order to get the change trend of each index of the same substrate after laser cladding under different heat treatment conditions, the laser cladding of Cr12MoV substrate in two states of annealing and quenching was carried out. The results show that Cr12MoV has the same process parameters. The claddings of Ni60A and 70% Ni60A + 30% have the same coating thickness of 1mm. The average width of the cladded Ni60A powders is higher than that of the cladded 70% Ni60A + The average width of 30% WC is 0.5mm, and the flatness is good. The maximum hardness of Ni60A coated with two kinds of matrix can reach 57HRC. The addition of 30% WC has no obvious increase in hardness.
