某重大装备搭载的精密电子设备在考核性振动试验中出现信号异常,经检查和分析认为,该故障是由于过大的加速度响应导致精密电子设备损伤所致。研究分析了设备在200 Hz后响应过大的特点,采用体积小且承载能力强的减振器方案,改进后的产品通过了振动试验验证。试验结果表明,响应大幅度降低,精密电子设备工作正常。该设计为类似设计提供了参考,具有较强的工程应用价值。
