对马钢4000m~3高炉以炉顶布料模式调整为重点的优化装料制度探索进行了总结。通过采取调整矿焦布料起始角、寻找合理布料平台宽度、改变布料角差、逐步减少并最终取消中心加焦等措施,提出了适合马钢条件的“平台+漏斗”的高炉炉顶布料方式。布料模式调整后2年左右的高炉生产实践证明,高炉的稳定性提高,高炉操作与运行参数明显改善,尤其是料柱的压差得到有效控制并降低到较低水平。
The paper summarizes the optimization of loading system of Magang 4000m ~ 3 blast furnace with the focus on the roof cloth pattern adjustment. By adopting measures such as adjusting the starting angle of the mined coke, finding the width of a reasonable cloth platform, changing the angular difference of the cloth, gradually reducing and eventually eliminating the center coke, we put forward the “top plate + funnel” Cloth way. Blast furnace production practice about 2 years after the adjustment of the cloth pattern proves that the stability of the blast furnace is improved and the operation and operation parameters of the blast furnace are obviously improved. In particular, the pressure difference of the material column is effectively controlled and reduced to a lower level.
