采用AT&T矩阵系统评价方法研究了硼铁矿火法分离过程的资源环境影响状况。通过分析硼铁矿火法分离过程的资源化表征,改进并完善了AT&T矩阵系统评价对象,即提出硼铁矿火法分离过程PLCA、TLCA、FLCA,分别进行了AT&T矩阵评价,并提出了系列改进建议;同时勾勒出了因子(阶段)-环境效应图例。研究结果表明,硼铁矿火法分离过程的资源化利用方式体现了以硼为主,多种元素综合利用的环境管理思路;积极构建基于硼铁矿火法分离过程FLCA的工业生态园是减缓资源消耗、降低环境压力的有力措施之一,但也指出了在工业生态园建设进程中应注意决策选择所肇始的区域经济与行业环保发展不协调等问题。
The AT & T matrix system evaluation method was used to study the resource and environmental impact of the pyrophyllite separation process. By analyzing the resource characterization of pyroxene separation process, the evaluation object of AT & T matrix system is improved and perfected. That is PLCA, TLCA and FLCA are proposed in pyroxene pyroxene separation process, and the AT & T matrix is evaluated respectively, and the series Suggestions for improvement; at the same time, the factor (stage) -environmental example is outlined. The results show that the resource utilization of pyroxene pyrolysis process reflects the idea of environmental management based on boron and the comprehensive utilization of various elements. The industrial ecological park based on FLCA of pyroxene pyrolysis process is to slow down Resource consumption and reducing environmental pressure. However, it also points out that the development of industrial eco-park should pay attention to the problems such as the uncoordinated development of regional economy initiated by the decision-making and environmental protection in the industry.
