为了优化带式烧结机的热过程,系统地建立了烧结料层内的传热、传质和燃烧过程的数学模型,数学模型的仿真计算表明:烧结配料(碳含量、水分、助熔剂)、料层厚度、抽风机抽力、烧结机带速等对烧结工艺有重要影响,而通过分层布料等措施可以同时起到降低能耗和提高烧结矿质量的效果。
In order to optimize the thermal process of the belt sintering machine, the mathematical model of heat transfer, mass transfer and combustion in the sintering bed was systematically established. The simulation results of the mathematical model show that the sintering ingredients (carbon content, moisture, flux) The thickness of the material layer, the suction force of the suction fan and the belt speed of the sintering machine have an important influence on the sintering process, and the measures of reducing the energy consumption and improving the quality of the sinter can be achieved by the measures such as the layering and the like.
