当前城镇化背景下,校长人事制度面临着新的挑战。本研究对北京市11个区县的96位中小学校长开展了调研,发现了城区、镇区和农村三个区域的校长在性别、年龄、教龄、学历和职称方面都存在一定差异,探讨了三个区域中的校长对校长培训制度、校长评价制度和校长交流制度的看法异同,分析了城乡校长的不同需求及原因,最后形成了北京市城乡校长队伍均衡发展的对策建议。
Under the current urbanization background, the principal’s personnel system is facing new challenges. This study conducted a survey of 96 primary and secondary school principals in 11 districts and counties in Beijing, and found that principals in urban, rural and rural areas had some differences in gender, age, teaching age, education background and professional title, and discussed The principals in the three regions have similarities and differences in the principals’ training system, the principal’s evaluation system and the principal’s exchange system, analyzed the different needs and causes of urban and rural principals, and finally formed the countermeasures and proposals for the balanced development of the principals in urban and rural areas in Beijing.
