目的加强手术室手术器械的管理,降低手术器械的丢失率。方法采用QCC小组的活动程序,分析缺陷的要因并制定改进措施。结果器械丢失率由原来的5%降低至1.4%。结论提高了科室人员发现问题和解决问题的能力,增强了护理人员参与管理的意识,降低了器械丢失率。 Objective To strengthen the management of operating room surgical instruments and reduce the loss rate of surgical instruments. Methods The QCC team’s activity program was used to analyze the causes of defects and to develop improvement measures. As a result, the rate of loss of equipment was reduced from 5% to 1.4%. Conclusions The department staffs’ ability to detect and solve problems is enhanced, awareness of nurses participating in management is enhanced and equipment loss rate is reduced.
