在现代化社会中,经济的发展与人才的培养让人力资源部门的工作难点加大,其中如何提升员工在工作中的贡献效率成为了研究的重点。薪酬激励制度是一种绩效式的工资模式,能够有效提升员工工作动力。本文基于目前薪酬制度实施上存在的弊端,分析了激励机制的应用原则,并就如何通过激励机制提升员工自主工作的动力展开分析,旨在提升人力资源管理效力,让企业健康长远发展。
In the modern society, the economic development and personnel training make the work of human resources department more difficult, and how to enhance the efficiency of employee contributions in the work has become the focus of research. Compensation incentive system is a performance-based wage model, which can effectively enhance staff motivation. Based on the shortcomings in the implementation of the present compensation system, this paper analyzes the application principles of the incentive mechanism and analyzes how to improve the motivation of employees’ autonomous work through the incentive mechanism so as to enhance the effectiveness of human resources management and make the enterprise healthy and long-term development.
