一、查补工作应走上经常化制度化的轨道过去由于应交工会经费工资总额口径不一致,因此每次查补工作开始前都要层层发文、开会,兴师动众,收效不大。统一拨交口径,为查补工作的制度化、经常化提供了条件。每年一季度,劳动部门或统计部门的统计报表已经完成。县(市)以上工会应乘热打铁,把第二季度作为上年工会经费查补工作的规定时期。四月份是向有关部门索取资料以及对基层单位逐一测算阶段,五月份为重点核实和催交阶段,六月份为补交入库阶段。这样查补工作无须等上级部署,成为每年工会财务工作的一项正常工作。
