我科1980.10～1988.2共收住急性心肌梗塞70例,其中60岁以上老年人32例占45.7％。本文就32例老年急性心肌梗塞的临床资料作一分析,以期探讨其临床特点。一般资料 1.性别和年龄;32例中,男23例,女9例,男女比例为2.6:1,平均年龄67.9岁,70岁以上者11例(32.34％)。 2.患病季节:32例中春季发病11例,冬季8例,夏季6例,秋季5例,以冬春季节发病较高。
Our department from 1980.10 ~ 1988.2 were admitted to 70 cases of acute myocardial infarction, of which 32 cases of elderly over the age of 60 accounted for 45.7%. In this paper, 32 elderly patients with acute myocardial infarction for an analysis of clinical data in order to explore the clinical features. General information 1. Sex and age; 32 cases, 23 males and 9 females, male to female ratio of 2.6: 1, the average age of 67.9 years old, 70 patients over the age of 11 cases (32.34%). 2. Sick season: 32 cases of spring onset in 11 cases, 8 cases in winter, summer 6 cases, 5 cases in autumn, with a higher incidence in winter and spring.
