M.L.Schroff等自芒果种子中,桂承会自猴香子中,J.S.Robertson自四种婆罗双树属植物
Ke Ke bean fat used as a suppository base, because of the small amount of production, high prices, far from meeting the needs of medicine, seeking for its substitute has become a current research topic in pharmacy. Separation of solid fat from fennel oil has been experimentally considered to be a suppository base. S.Rangaswami et al. obtained a solid fat from betel nut, with a melting point of 36°-38°C. After compatibility and mucous membrane tests, it was considered that kecobean oil can be used as a suppository base. Jiang Bocheng segregated solid fat from the black plant of Polygonaceae, but its melting point was relatively high (38° to 42°C) and it was necessary to use low-melting-point grease before it could be used.
