采用粉末微注射成型(μPIM)技术制备微型齿轮。在模具方面,就模具的分型面、拔模斜度、浇注系统以及顶出系统等几个关键问题进行了优化设计;粘结剂方面,采用EVA制备PP-PE-Pw-EVA-Mw-Sa粘结剂体系,通过测试其TG-DSC曲线,发现此体系混炼的较好,组分与组分之间互溶性良好,熔化温度之间衔接良好,不会出现温度“断裂”的现象;在注射成型工艺方面,对注射成型压力、速率、温度、顶出速率等工艺参数进行了研究,制备了缺陷率低的毛坯;并根据粘结剂、粉末的特性制定了合适的脱脂烧结工艺,最终成功的制备了最小尺寸为315微米性能良好的微型齿轮,为μPIM技术在制备微型零部件领域提供了技术支持。
Micro-gear is prepared by powder micro-injection molding (μPIM) technology. In terms of molds, several key issues such as mold parting surface, draft angle, pouring system and ejecting system were optimized. In terms of adhesive, EVA was used to prepare PP-PE-Pw-EVA- Sa binder system by TG-DSC curve and found that this system is better mixing, good mutual solubility between components and components, good convergence between the melting temperature, the temperature does not appear “broken” In the aspect of injection molding process, the process parameters of injection molding pressure, rate, temperature, ejection rate and so on were studied to prepare the blank with low defect rate.
