基于自主研发的新型喷嘴,设计了采用光内送粉方式进行变截面试件堆积的模型。变截面复杂零件的堆积实验表明:采用层高开环控制,不断改变并实时监测影响高层堆积的z轴增量,保证离焦量基本不变,可以制作出267层的高层堆积件。对所堆积的三维回转体成型件的宏观与微观质量分析检测表明:变截面三维零件内部组织致密,硬度高且分布均匀,晶粒细小,表面粗糙度良好,微观质量较好。
Based on a new type of self-developed nozzle, a model of variable cross-section specimen accumulation by light feeding is designed. The stacking experiment of variable cross-section complicated parts shows that using layer height open-loop control, changing and real-time monitoring of z-axis increments that affect high-level pile-up to ensure that the defocus amount is basically unchanged, 267-layer high-level pile- The macroscopical and microscopic analysis of the deposited three-dimensional rotating body molded parts showed that the internal structure of the three-dimensional part with variable cross-section was dense, with high hardness and uniform distribution, fine grains, good surface roughness and good micro-quality.
