近 5年来 ,我院共收治支气管哮喘持续状态患者 10例 ,均为经常规治疗 12小时以上未缓解者。笔者试用硫酸镁、多巴胺、6 5 4- 2及硝苯啶小剂量联合治疗 ,取得满意疗效。现报告如下。临床资料 :本组男 6例 ,女 4例 ;年龄 2 0～ 5 5岁 ,平均37.5岁。哮喘病史 3～ 15年 ,平均 9年。
Nearly 5 years, our hospital received a total of 10 cases of patients with persistent bronchial asthma, were routine treatment of more than 12 hours without remission. I try magnesium sulfate, dopamine, 6 5 4- 2 and nifedipine combination therapy, and achieved satisfactory results. The report is as follows. Clinical data: The group of 6 males and 4 females; aged 20 to 55 years, an average of 37.5 years old. A history of asthma 3 to 15 years, an average of 9 years.
