目的:分析注射用头孢呋辛致四肢抽搐的原因,为临床合理使用提供参考。方法:对1例注射用头孢呋辛引起的四肢抽搐,查阅其致神经系统损害的文献,对其导致的原因作了分析。结果:头孢呋辛在常规剂量下不易透过血脑屏障,但大剂量使用时可拮抗γ-氨基丁酸,与其受体结合,从而引起神经毒性反应。结论:头孢呋辛可透过血脑屏障,导致中枢神经系统不良反应需引起重视。
Objective: To analyze the causes of cefuroxime induced tetany in the limbs and provide a reference for clinical rational use. Methods: One case of cefuroxime used in the treatment of tetany caused by limbs twitching, access to the literature on the nervous system damage caused by its causes were analyzed. Results: Cefuroxime did not penetrate the blood-brain barrier easily at the conventional dose, but it could antagonize γ-aminobutyric acid at high dose and bind with its receptor, thus causing neurotoxic reaction. Conclusion: Cefuroxime can penetrate the blood-brain barrier, leading to central nervous system adverse reactions need attention.
