一、未绝热的炉顶结构 通常加热炉由于结构所限,炉顶均不能绝热。这对减少炉体散热,节约能源而言是一个薄弱环节。一般在同等厚度下,炉顶的热损失要比炉墙大50%,何况炉顶砌体厚度均比炉墙小得多。因此实行炉顶的绝热就更为必要。 某厂原来未绝热的炉顶结构如图1所示。由于予制梁的顶部是配有钢筋的,所以在两根梁的中间部分不仅不能进行绝热,而且经常漏气,从而造成更大的热损失。
