“动态”指事物运动的状态,“生成”指事物的发生、形成。在新课程改革中,“动态生成”有了更丰富的含义。课堂教学不是简单的知识学习的过程,它是师生共同成长的生命历程,它五彩斑斓,生机勃勃,活力无限,因此我们应当从关注生命的高度,用变化的、动态的、生成的而非静止的、僵化的观点来看待课堂教学。《语文课程标准》指出:“语文课程资源包括课堂教学资源和课外学习资源”,每个教师都“要有强烈的资源意识,去努力开发,积极利用”。传统的资源观认为,教科书、教学挂图等才是课程教学资源。其实,教师、学生本身也是珍贵的教学资源,他们在交往互动中时时生成着课程资源。
