在电信网络从电路交换网向多业务分组网络过渡的过程中,每一个运营商都必须考虑的一个关键问题是:在分组网络中是否能够向用户提供电信级的服务质量(QoS)?不过,对于用户而言,他们并不关心其服务提供商怎样去实现QoS机制,更多的是关注用户体验质量(QoE)。探讨了二者之间的关系,提出了影响QoE的主要因素,以及在一个企业网络中基于QoE实现QoS机制的方法。
A key issue that every operator must consider in transitioning a telecommunications network from a circuit-switched network to a multi-service packet network is whether carrier-class Quality of Service (QoS) can be provided to users in a packet network. However, Users are not concerned with how their service providers implement QoS mechanisms, and more with QoE. Explores the relationship between the two and puts forward the main factors that affect QoE and how to implement QoS mechanism based on QoE in an enterprise network.
