目的评估2015年5月南阳市突发公共卫生事件及需关注传染病的风险。方法根据南阳市突发公共卫生事件报告及重点传染病监测等各种资料,采用专家会商法,根据《南阳市疾病预防控制中心突发事件公共卫生风险评估实施方案(试行)》组织各专业专家进行评估。结果根据近期传染病和突发公共卫生事件监测数据,结合既往流行特点分析,5月南阳市乙丙类法定传染病疫情继续处于较低水平,报告突发公共卫生事件的可能性较低,若有事件报告,报告事件数可能不会超过2004年以来同期平均水平。手足口病已进入高发期,5月份可能会继续上升,需密切关注手足口病疫情趋势变化和聚集性疫情的发生;布鲁氏菌病的病例会继续呈现上升趋势;随着夏季的来临,诺如病毒感染性腹泻在高校等人群发生流行的可能性不大;丙肝疫情较平稳。结论 2015年5月南阳市的突发公共卫生事件及传染病疫情发生态势与往年相似,处于全年较低水平。需重点关注手足口病和布鲁氏菌病,一般关注丙肝和诺如病毒感染性腹泻。
Objective To assess the public health emergencies in Nanyang City in May 2015 and the risk of needing to pay attention to infectious diseases. Methods According to the reports of public health emergencies and the monitoring of key infectious diseases in Nanyang City, the experts and business experts were organized according to the Nanyang Municipal Center for Disease Control and Prevention Emergency Public Health Risk Assessment (Trial Implementation) to evaluate. Results Based on the recent surveillance data of infectious diseases and public health emergencies, combined with the analysis of past epidemiological characteristics, the epidemic situation of notifiable seasonal infectious diseases in Nanyang continued to be at a low level in May and the probability of reporting public health emergencies was low. If With incident reports, the number of reported incidents may not exceed the same period averages since 2004. Hand, foot and mouth disease has entered a period of high incidence, may continue to rise in May, the need to pay close attention to hand-foot-mouth disease epidemic trends and the occurrence of clustered outbreaks; brucellosis cases will continue to show an upward trend; with the advent of summer, Norovirus viral diarrhea in universities and other populations is unlikely to occur; hepatitis C epidemic is relatively stable. Conclusion The epidemic situation of public health emergencies and infectious diseases in Nanyang City in May 2015 was similar to that of previous years and was at a low level for the whole year. Need to focus on hand, foot and mouth disease and brucellosis, general concern about hepatitis C and norovirus viral diarrhea.
