对某航空制造企业工艺更改过程进行分析,总结当前工艺更改管理中普遍存在的问题。结合航空复杂产品自身特点,提出了符合航空制造企业实际工艺更改业务需求的工艺更改模型。以CAPPFramework与Teamcenter集成开发为基础,建立了相应的工艺更改模式,并详细阐述了工艺更改在该集成系统中的实现过程。
Analyzes the process change process of an aviation manufacturing enterprise and summarizes the common problems in the current process change management. Combined with its own characteristics of aviation complex products, proposed in line with the actual manufacturing process of aviation manufacturing business process changes to change the business model requirements. Based on the integrated development of CAPPFramework and Teamcenter, a corresponding process change mode was established, and the process of process change in the integrated system was elaborated.
