全市一九五四年基本建设任务据初步调查,约为五十四万平方米(加上辅助工程约为六十万平方米)。其中厂房建筑占总任务的百分之一五点一,国防工程占百分之一六点四,一般建筑占百分之六八点五。从结构上看:钢骨和混凝土结构占百分之五九点二,砖木和一般结构占百分之四○点七。在五四万平方米的总任务中分到市属施工单位者共有二一万九千平方米。今年全市建筑任务虽较去年减少一九万平方米,但厂房建筑比去年增加了二万七千平方米,钢骨架和混凝土结构比去年增加了一四万三千多平方米。这表现出今年建筑任务的特点是:结构复杂,技术质量要求高。这就更加显得我们的管理水平和技术水平,特别是建筑安装力量远赶不上这一新的形势的需要。根据上述任务和特点,接受去年的经验教训,为了保证顺利完或
According to a preliminary investigation, the city’s basic construction task in 1954 was about 504,000 square meters (plus an auxiliary project of about 600,000 square meters). Of these, plant construction accounted for 1.5% of the total. Defense projects accounted for 1.64% and general construction accounted for 6.85%. Structurally, steel and concrete structures account for 49.2%, masonry and general structures account for 47.7%.
