目的:检测肾综合征出血热病毒(HFRSV)在恙螨体内的生存空间与时间。方法:将自然界采集的鼠体恙螨幼虫、小黑板采集的游离恙螨幼虫和饲养孵化出的若虫进行石腊包埋切片,应用IFAT检测。结果:发现HFRSV多分布于恙螨的腹部,前体部分较少,个别恙螨前足和中足亦可检测到。取不同时间饲养的恙螨幼虫和饲养孵化出的若虫进行病毒分离,20、80、100和115天后的若虫均分离到HFRSV。结果:该病毒在恙螨体内存在时间较长,并可经期传递。
Objective: To detect the survival space and time of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome (HFRSV) in chigger mites. Methods: Chigger mite larvae collected from nature, free chigger mites larvae collected from small black-board and nymphs hatching were paraffin-embedded and embedded, and IFAT was used for detection. Results: The distribution of HFRSV was found in the abdomen of chigger mites, with fewer precursors. The antelopes and midribs of chigger mites were also detected. The chick mite larvae hatched at different times were incubated with the hatched nymphs for virus isolation. The nymphs were isolated after 20, 80, 100 and 115 days. Results: The virus existed in chigger body for a long time and could be transmitted by menstruation.
