目前矿山上使用的磁力起动器近二十年在技术上没有大的突破,其功能比较单一,在可靠性、安全性、实用性和技术性能上,存在许多不足。当被保护系统发生短路、断相、过载及接地等故障中任何一项时,其有效保护的结果都将作用于跳闸、切断电源,这样就容易发生一些意外的连锁事故,对人身安全、设备安全造成一些不利的因素,同时,保护性能不可靠,误动、拒动现象多,以至于使用者为了维持生产而经常甩掉保护。本论文结合目前国内矿山供电系统磁力起动器的发展现状以及在详细了解国内智能化磁力起动器的需求基础之上,设计了这种磁力起动器智能化装置。
