结合之江大桥水中承台无底双壁钢套箱围堰干作业回收技术的应用实例,对无底双壁钢套箱围堰干作业回收施工的工艺原理、设计与布置、钢套箱拼装和下放、钢套箱拆除等方面进行了详细的研究分析。分析表明采用无底双壁钢套箱围堰干作业回收技术套箱回收时具有无需潜水员进行水下切割作业,施工风险低,套箱分块拼装、拆除,设备起重要求低,施工成本低等优点。为水中承台无底围堰施工提供了一种新的施工方案,且对同类工程施工具有指导意义。
