对实验性小鼠恶性黑色素瘤(MM)用CO_2激光原光束烧灼和散焦照射,观察MM的抑制作用。从烧灼和照射前后MM的瘤重和瘤径大小的变化,观察到CO_2激光原光束烧灼和散焦照射对MM都有抑制作用,前者较后者更明显。
The experimental mice with malignant melanoma (MM) were exposed to CO 2 laser beam scorching and defocusing to observe the inhibitory effect of MM. From the changes of tumor weight and diameter of MM before and after cauterization and irradiation, it was observed that scorching and defocusing of CO 2 laser beam had inhibitory effects on MM, and the former was more obvious than the latter.
