铅基合金中元素的快速测定在电子工业及其它行业中十分重要,而用原子吸收法测定这些元素含量是一种重要工具。但铅基合金的主要成分铅、锡和锑难以溶解,致使试样处理时间长。采用通常的酸溶解法,由于铅、锡或锑引起沉淀而影响测定。采用四氟硼酸加过氧化氢加热溶解则可避免之,可直接快速地测定上述元素。实验表明,四氟硼酸浓度在5%(V/V)之内对镉、钴、铋测定无影响;在4%以内对锌的测定明显增高;在2—5%对锰、铜测定无影响;在3—5%以内对镍、锑测定无影响,为此要求试样与标准溶液
