随着我国社会经济的发展,为建筑事业提供了更大的发展空间,建筑事业进入一个蓬勃发展的时期。然而,由于急于求成,在发展过程中出现很多问题,给国家和企业造成了不小的损失。因此,国家制定了一些列的法律法规,制约施工企业的违规操作。同时企业内部也积极的组织结构调整和管理体制改革,形成了管理层和作业层相分离的管理模式。本文主要介绍了与国有建筑施工企业外部协作队伍建设相关的问题。

This article mainly introduces the problems related to the construction of external cooperation team of state-owned construction enterprises.
