随动车削是解决现有曲轴连杆颈外圆车削工艺所存在的切削速度低、表面质量较差等问题的良策。其利用随动的刀架机构使得车刀紧跟连杆颈运动,同时相对连杆颈圆周运动实现外圆切削。于工程背景下分析了随动车削工艺刀架机构的设计要求,相应地提出了3种能够实现圆周平动的机构及其优缺点;择优选取了带移动副的五杆机构,并对其进行了详细的刀尖精度和机构杆长误差分析。
Follow-up turning is a good solution to the problems of low cutting speed and poor surface quality of the existing crankshaft connecting rod cylindrical turning process. The utility model uses the following tool holder mechanism to make the turning tool closely follow the connecting rod neck movement and at the same time realize the cylindrical cutting relative to the circular motion of the connecting rod neck. In the context of the engineering, the design requirements of the tool turret mechanism of the follow-up turning technology are analyzed.
