《幼儿园教育指导纲要(试行)》提出:幼儿园应与家庭、社会密切配合,共同为幼儿创造一个良好的成长环境。三年来,笔者组织课题组开展了泰州市教育科学“十二五”规划课题《在亲子和谐活动中培养幼儿良好个性的研究》的课题研究工作,通过幼儿园教师对家长的有效指导,组织家长和幼儿共同参与符合幼儿心理特点的语言、艺术、体育等系列亲子和谐活动,促进幼儿自主学习,探索创新,有效地培养了幼儿良好的个性。
“Kindergarten Education Guidance Outline (Trial)” put forward: Kindergarten should work closely with the family, society, work together to create a good environment for young children to grow. In the past three years, the author organized a research group to carry out the research work of Taizhou City Education Science “Twelfth Five-Year ” planning project “to study the development of young children’s good personality during the harmonious parent-child activities”. Through the effective guidance of kindergarten teachers to parents, Parents and toddlers participate in a series of parent-child harmony activities such as language, art, and sports, which are in line with the psychological characteristics of young children and promote children’s autonomous learning, exploration and innovation, and effectively cultivate young children’s good personality.
