目的探讨疏风通络方对哮喘大鼠外周血和肺泡灌洗液黏附分子ICAM-l和VCAM-1的影响。方法用卵清蛋白致敏Wistar大鼠复制支气管哮喘动物模型,随机分为正常对照组、模型组、激素组、DPI组和中药高、中、低剂量组,均给予相应药物灌胃,正常对照组与模型组予生理盐水灌胃,观察动物血清及BALF中细胞黏附分子(ICAM-l、VCAM-1)水平的变化。结果模型组血清及BALF中细胞黏附分子(ICAM-1、VCAM-1)水平显著高于正常对照组;与模型组比较,疏风通络方各剂量组血清及BALF中ICAM-1和VCAM-1水平显著下调。结论疏风通络法方药一定程度上抑制ICAM-1、VCAM-1水平的表达,这可能是其治疗哮喘有效的作用机制之一。
Objective To investigate the effect of Shufeng Tongluo Recipe on adhesion molecule ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 in peripheral blood and bronchoalveolar lavage fluid in asthmatic rats. Methods Ovariectomized Wistar rats were used to replicate the bronchial asthma model and randomly divided into normal control group, model group, hormone group, DPI group and high, medium and low dose Chinese herbal medicine groups. The rats in the model group and the model group were intragastrically administered with saline, and the changes of the levels of ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 in serum and BALF were observed. Results The levels of ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 in serum and BALF in model group were significantly higher than those in normal control group. Compared with model group, the levels of ICAM-1 and VCAM- 1 levels significantly down. Conclusion Shufuguluo recipe can inhibit the expression of ICAM-1 and VCAM-1 to a certain extent, which may be one of the effective mechanisms of Shufeng Tongluo recipe in treating asthma.
