骨肉瘤是多发于儿童及青少年的原发性骨恶性肿瘤。目前,骨肉瘤患者预后较差,尚缺少有效的肿瘤标志物。mi RNAs是一组可以在转录后水平调控蛋白表达的非编码小分子RNA。mi RNAs参与调控一系列生理过程及包括骨肉瘤在内的多种恶性肿瘤的发生和发展。近年来的研究显示,外周血mi RNAs水平与骨肉瘤的病情进展密切相关,并有望成为骨肉瘤诊断、疗效及预后评估的新型生化指标。现就mi RNA的分子生物学特征,外周血mi RNA检测在骨肉瘤诊断、治疗效果及预后评估等领域的价值作一综述。
Osteosarcoma is a primary malignancy of bone in children and adolescents. Currently, osteosarcoma patients with poor prognosis, the lack of effective tumor markers. mi RNAs are a group of non-coding small RNAs that regulate the expression of a protein at the post-transcriptional level. mi RNAs are involved in the regulation of a series of physiological processes and the occurrence and development of various malignant tumors including osteosarcoma. Recent studies have shown that the level of mi RNAs in peripheral blood is closely related to the progression of osteosarcoma and is expected to become a new biochemical index for the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of osteosarcoma. Now on the molecular characteristics of mi RNA, miRNA detection of peripheral blood in the diagnosis of osteosarcoma, treatment and prognosis evaluation of the value of the field are reviewed.
