近年来,为提升产业竞争力,各级政府在人才引进、研发设备购置、创新平台建设等方面制定了大量优惠政策。但是,企业是否在政府补贴的引导下加大了研发投入,成为一个值得关注的问题。本文通过构建动态博弈模型,对政府补贴引导企业研发投资的影响因素进行了分析,并选取光伏产业上市公司的面板数据进行了验证。实证分析发现,光伏领域影响企业研发行为的因素主要包括政府补贴、沉淀成本、科研人员数量以及企业年龄等。
In recent years, in order to enhance industrial competitiveness, governments at all levels have formulated a large number of preferential policies on the introduction of talents, the purchase of research and development equipment, and the construction of an innovative platform. However, it is a question worth paying attention to whether enterprises have increased R & D investment under the guidance of government subsidies. In this paper, the author constructs a dynamic game model to analyze the influential factors of government subsidies to guide R & D investment, and verify the panel data of the PV industry listed companies. The empirical analysis shows that the factors affecting the research and development of enterprises in the photovoltaic field mainly include government subsidies, deposition costs, the number of scientific researchers and the age of enterprises.
